| I received my rebate check today, 5/27/05.
Because this was the most successful and the most well handled rebate that I
have ever applied for, I feel the need to write and tell you this. I am the office manager at Mountain Mechanical Contractors, Inc., I am constantly sending off rebates on products that our company purchases. Never, I mean, NEVER have I witnessed a rebate program like yours!!! You confirmed (via email) receiving my rebate material. You confirmed (via
email) that you had accepted my materials for my rebate, issued me a Case
Number and told me when I might expect my check. Then, Hallelujah, the
check came!!!! I am used to making several phone calls pursuing a rebate,
going through misery for several months trying to chase that illusive check
that sometimes never comes.
Kudos to your rebate operations from an amazed, satisfied customer. Judy

I thought I would never receive my rebate after reading some web sites against Onrebate but Wilson assured me my problem would be solved soon; I received my rebate in the mail on Friday May 20.
